The project consists of 204 units/ plots of different sizes with complete infrastructural facilities. The company is optimistic to complete the project within a period of 7-8 months and expected completion by October 2019. The company has completely paid the statutory liabilities/ Fees / Charges in full. Thus, there are no outstanding fees / charges to be paid to the authorities in relation to the project.

The company is having immense experience in the real estate project. The company is a Zero Debt company and has not obtained any loan from any Bank.
